Finland – the country of a thousand lakes. Finland has a pristine nature, with thousands of lakes and a beautiful archipelago. Finland and the city Rovaniemi is also the offical home of Santa Claus.

Finlands capital Helsinki gives you a combination of urbanity and nature. On of the famous attractions in Helsinki is the white church.

Sweden – the highest populated Nordic country, with around 10,5 million people. Swedens capital Stockholm is an old medieval city that has a long history. In the old city of Stockholm you can find the Kings Palace.

Norway – the country of the fjords. Norway has many long and beautiful fjords, mountains and pretty small villages. If you prefer to have a more urban experience you should head for Oslo, which has a surprisingly rich culture to offer. There is several interesting museums to visit, and fascinating buildings like Akershus fortress and the royal palace.

Denmark – the home of Legoland. Visiting Legoland is a great way for the whole family to spend a day. Other great family activities are Copenhagens Tivoli – the amusement park. If you are more interested in culture, you can be sure to have a lot to see from the Little mermaid to the Inderhavn harbour.

Iceland – the smallest Nordic country, home to under 400 000 people. The capital city Reykjavik is the worlds most northern capital, and most of the people in Iceland resides here. Iceland offers a pristine nature with natural hot springs, where you can jump in an take a swim.
